Burchardi, Konrad B.

I am a PhD candidate at the London School of Economics. In September I will take up a position as assistant professor at IIES, Stockholm. My research seeks to combine microeconomic theory and microeconometrical or experimental testing to gain insights about individual behavior and market interactions. I am especially interested in research which helps to understand the process of economic development and, in particular, frictions and mechanisms which impede the formation of contractual links, economic transactions and joint economic activities.
