The IRSA (International Rural Sociology Association) organises the 13th World Congress of Rural Sociology in Lisbon (July 29-August 4, 2012). The conference hosts a workshop on "The social capital approach as a methodological tool to analyse rural development processes".

Submission

Please send a brief abstract (150 words) for your proposed paper by clicking on the submission form. Note that only online submissions will be accepted. The official language of the Congress is English, so abstracts in other languages will not be accepted.

At least one of the authors of the accepted papers is required to register before May 15, 2012.  If not registered, the abstract will not be included in the program and the paper will be omitted from the proposed session.
